- Exclusive use Lepogo Lodges requires a final rooming list 30 days prior to guests’ arrival
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (unless otherwise agreed)
- Check-in time: From 14h00 onwards and check-out time: before 11h00 (unless otherwise agreed)
- All rates are subject to change without prior notification
- It is imperative that guests travel with the appropriate travel and medical insurance
- We can only confirm a booking once a 25% deposit has been received by Lepogo Lodges.
- The deposit needs to be received within 10 days of the enquiry or the booking will be released.
- The balance of the booking is to be paid in full 60 days prior to travel.
- Any short lead time enquiries (less than 30 days) will be held for 72 hours and bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- During peak periods 16 Dec to 10 Jan and Easter, the house and the cottage must be booked together and the balance of any booking is to be paid 90 days prior to travel.
- Children aged between 4 and 6 will be able to join game drives at the guide’s discretion
- Children under the age of 4 may be taken care of at Melote House by our child minders during game drives
- Children under the age of 2 are free of charge (max of 2 per group).
